Each day serves up many complications—some repetitive, some new. Often, it’s all we can do to just keep up with the every-day issues we face. This can leave us tired and, in many ways, disinterested. So, we keep going in the same pattern—day-after-day. Sometimes we need to reignite our passion for life. We should remind ourselves of what motivates us and what we truly want out of life. When our bodies seem to be out of energy, we can jumpstart them by having an active mind and spirit. Remember what motivates you and make it a point to do something every day that nurtures that passion. Even if all you can manage is just a few minutes of something you really enjoy, that time adds up. Soon, the days won’t feel like you’re watching the same strip of film over and over again. In time, you mind find that you like the plot of your life much better.
