Goal for the Day: Stretch Yourself

Kitty Carlisle Hart was vital and spry until she was 96 years old.  She attributed her good health to a daily exercise routine which included a good amount of stretching.  It’s important for all of us to get our heart rate up and to keep our bodies running properly.  Take a few minutes today to get up off of your feet and stretch.  Move around and work your muscles.  You don’t have to lift weights or run marathons to be fit.  The best way to start is to stretch your muscles.  At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, in just a few minutes a day, you can see results.
