Coming this Week at "Stalking the Belle Époque"

Though it’s cold outside, we can keep our spirits warm with our continued search for the beauty in the world. This week, we’ll visit the setting for the wildly popular Downton Abbey as we explore Highclere Castle. While we’re in England, we’ll take a look at some of Queen Victoria’s and Prince Albert’s most personal possessions.


As usual, we’ll have exceptional jewels, gorgeous paintings, amazing sculptures and some truly unusual artifacts. We’ll also look into the lives of some of the artists and entertainers whose hard work and dedication have made the world a better place.

Classic films, rare objects, Mr. Punch, and, of course, more pictures of Bertie are all planned for this week. I look forward to sharing all of it with you.
