Mr. Punch of Belgrave Square will Continue on Monday

Dawn may be breaking over Grange Molliner, but that doesn’t mean that the darkness that’s invaded Mr. Punch’s household is anywhere near dissipating.

By now, everyone knows that Ellen wasn’t killed. And, while the staff and the masters know that she’s a fraud, Johnny Donnan still believes that the girl is his daughter. Meanwhile, Lennie is the first to confront Ellen as Punch, Robert and Charles eavesdrop. Instead of blasting the woman who took her name, Lennie decides to play along with Ellen’s charade. What’s Lennie’s angle? Is she just trying to get the ultimate revenge on the woman who deceived her? Or, is she just as twisted and sinister. We’ll see some clues this week which will answer that question.

With Punch and Robert out at the stables, Gamilla decides to take matters into her own hands. She’s concluded that she’s almost lost Gerard too many times and that, if he’ll have her, she’ll be his wife. Gamilla doesn’t even care of their marriage is legal or not. She’s tired of living in fear. And, as part of that, she wants to see to it that the people who made her suffer are punished—starting with Finlay who is locked in the silver vault where he and Ellen left Mrs. North’s body.

Gamilla presents Finlay with a small bottle and a leather pouch and makes it clear to him that she intends to get answers from him. Finlay believes that the vessels contain dark powers and that he’ll be harmed by their magic. So, he buckles. But, will he try to lie his way out of it? And, is Gamilla just toying with the man to get what she wants or does she mean to bring out the Voodoo? We’ll find out this week.

It’s going to be another exciting week. If you miss a chapter, you can always catch up in the Chapter Archive
