We know we need to eat more fruit and vegetables, but sometimes, we’d much rather chow down on the carbs and sugars that we really crave. Fruit is actually quite tasty and naturally sweet. If you don’t fancy sitting down and eating a whole apple or orange, why not pick out an assortment of fruit and make a fruit salad. The different colors, textures and flavors will make for a delicious, healthy snack that won’t leave you craving that piece of cake or jelly doughnut.
