Who knew, Bertie was going to design the Royal wedding gown! I'm glad he got someone with thumbs to help sew it.

Yes, I suspect the Royal Family is a fan of Bertie's work. It's rumored he created the hat the Duchess of Cornwall wore when she married Prince Charles. He used the feathers from chickens he knew in his puppyhood. Since designing gowns, he has had to employ thumbed individuals. But, he makes sure it's not a sweat shop.

A white dog is always appropriate as a postilion at a Royal Wedding. Or choristor.

Is Bertie a tenor or baritone?

Neither. He plays the harp. It's convenient to have a tail. It adds an extra element of sound.
